Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not been initiated within 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • A technical issue on our end prevented your campaign from starting.
  • Duplicate payments were made for the same order.

Once a campaign has begun — meaning ads have been placed or the promotion has started — refunds cannot be processed, as advertising costs are immediately incurred.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • If the client provides an incorrect or ineligible video link or channel URL.
  • If the video violates YouTube’s Terms of Service or contains restricted or copyrighted material.
  • If the client decides to discontinue the campaign after it has already begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
